Executive Advisory Services:

NBRC through its experienced management team have the capabilities to provide executive advisory services to Private Equity, venture capitalists and high worth family offices as well as Boards in relation to all aspects of the Leisure / Entertainment sectors and have strong connections with key players in this Industry both in the Asia Pacific Region and the USA. NBRC is able to employ these connections in relation to acquisition opportunities; divestments; capital raisings and financial forecasting.
Aside from the provision of these services NBRC have a wealth of experience accumulated through their own operations of being able to assist clients in the marketing and management of multiple facilities.

Advisory Services Fees: NBRC charge a monthly retainer as well as an hourly rate depending on the extent of its services employed and the complexity thereof which varies according to the nature and location of the project and the anticipated length of time in providing such services.
